Dear Folks,

The rainy season isn't completely over yet. We had a good rain again this afternoon.

I was on burm detail again today. Worked from about 8 am to 9 am and took off till 1 pm then worked 1 pm to 2 pm and came back, took a shower and had the rest of the day off. Burm detail is really rough. Didn't have anything better to do today so we took a ride along the outside of the burm through the mud. That's always good for some action packed fun. I didn't believe it till I saw it but we actually drove the truck right over top of the burm. I didn't think it could be done. These 4 wheel drive trucks really have some power.

Got two letters and a birthday card from Gran today. Still didn't get those pictures I'm expecting. Maybe tomorrow.

I heard that they are looking for somebody to take permanent tower guard. I think I'll try to get it if they'll let me.

The bugs are driving me crazy. A spray truck went by outside and drove them in here.

That sums it up for today. More tomorrow as always.

Rick
