Dear Folks,

Had a busy day. Left for Vung Tau at about 8 this morning.  Didn't do very much work while I was there.

There is a new guy working on the banks now. He doesn't know any more than the rest. Spent most of the morning just showing him how to operate them.

I quit about 2:45 pm because Capt. Bevans said this morning that he would send a chopper to pick me up at 3:30 pm.

I waited around till 4:30 and it still didn't come. So I called and found out he wouldn't be by till 5:30 pm. After some delays waiting for fuel I finally got back at 7 pm.

My head is spinning from all the stuff I've been told since I got back. There is supposed to be a three day mission to Nha Trang on Saturday. All the brass wants to know the status on the racks in Vung Tau. And they all had something to say. I'm supposed to go back to Vung Tau tomorrow. There is so much I'm supposed to do tomorrow when I get there I hope I remember everything.

Got 4 letters and some magazines in the mail.

Time to get some sleep to cure my headache.

Rick
