Dear Folks,

Got three letters today. 2 from Tuesday, and one written Wednesday morning in the Laundromat. Enjoyed the pictures. It looks like you're having a good time.

I had a good time today too. De-rigged 013 and put the radios in 027. It never fails. They always change their minds about what planes they want rigged after we've already rigged them.

As far as I know the mission to Da Nang is still on. I heard Capt. Kinzel talking today about getting us a vehicle at 37th Signal Btn. in Da Nang.

Also heard some bad news. Davis said that if we stay longer than 15 days we will be attached to the 37th Signal for quarters and mess. That means we won't collect TDY pay for more than 15 days. That's according to Davis anyway, so it really can't be taken as a fact.

I don't think I ever mentioned that O'Briant bought a TV. It's a little portable radio/TV with a 6" screen. We're watching Hoss Cartwright do his thing on the Ponderosa.

That's all,

Rick
A bummer is a war on Sunday.
