Dear Folks,

Well, here I am in beautiful Nha Trang. Mission kicked off last night while I was at the photo lab with Seacord printing that roll of black and white film I bought. This was only supposed to be a 10 hour mission. I went up first 11 pm last night to 3 this morning. O'Briant followed me up from 3 - 7:30. I slept a while this morning in an empty room in one of the barracks here at the 21st Signal Group. We've been standing around all day waiting to be released to go south but they won't let us go. I think the latest word is that we stay overnight and fly tonight. We are supporting a plain voice net between two regular fixed stations. One at An Khe (I think that's how you spell it) and the other is here in Nha Trang. They're pretty far apart and the communications isn't too great even with us up here. Logged two missions so far. One coming up and the one radio relay mission. That's 16 by my count. That's it for now.

Rick
