Dear Folks,

We went on standby last night at about 10 pm. It was a 30 minute standby. We were supposed to be on station within a half hour from the time we get the word to fly. We were called up at 9 am this morning and were on station at about 10:30 am, about an hour late. Nobody could find the pilots. Kadramas took that flight. Claybough is probably about to take off now. I'm next at 5:30 pm.

I got some stamps today and mailed the film away to Wards. Didn't want to put it all at the PX because I never know when I'll be leaving here.

That bag you made for me to carry my toothbrush and stuff in finally gave out today and I had to buy one at the PX for 60 cents.

Still got about $40 to last till the end of the month. Shouldn't have any problems. The RPI finally opened the snack window again. Celebrated by having a hot dog and FF for lunch.

Rick
